One long side of a standard 20ft x 8ft one trip shipping container has been fully removed and fitted with full height double glazed sliding patio doors with integral venetian blind.

Fitted studwork and insulated with 50mm thick Dritherm Earthwool insulation to the walls and 100mm thick Dritherm loft insulation to the ceiling, boarded out with 12.5mm plasterboard – ready to be skimmed or finished depending on choice.

Electrically the unit is equipped with flush fitted electrics and wiring in keeping with the planned high specification and the clean lines of the skim finish. The electrical specification includes 3no led strip lights, 4no double 13A sockets and 2no 32A isolators on the rear for air conditioning units if required.
