The 10ft Pop-Up Container Coffee Shop delivers maximum trading capability within a compact 80 sq ft footprint. Engineered specifically for the fast-paced UK grab-and-go coffee market, this converted container allows entrepreneurs and established coffee brands to open operational sites in locations where traditional brick-and-mortar leases are impractical or cost-prohibitive.
Constructed from single-trip ISO Corten steel containers, each cafe kiosk undergoes strict quality testing, seam-welding, and full weatherproofing before custom fitting.

Water & Drainage Systems: Provisions for fresh and waste water tanks or direct mains hookups, complete with an inline water heater for hand-washing sinks.
Setting up a 10ft container coffee shop requires straightforward site preparation:
Delivery Lorry: Shipped via HIAB crane truck for direct positioning onto your site.
Access Clearance: Requires a minimum of 45 ft (13.7 m) straight-line access for delivery vehicle positioning.
Foundation Requirements: Must be placed on a solid, level surface—such as concrete pads, flagstones, or hardstanding gravel—to keep counters plumb and doors properly aligned.
In most cases, 10ft container coffee shops are classed as temporary structures and do not require full planning permission, especially on private land or temporary event sites. However, operating permanently on commercial land or highway forecourts may require a street trading license or local planning consent.
Yes. Our 10ft container coffee shops are pre-wired with a 32A single-phase consumer unit capable of supporting heavy electrical loads, including commercial two-group espresso machines, grinders, and refrigeration.
Yes. The hydraulic serving hatch folds flush against the steel container wall and locks securely from the inside with internal shoot bolts, making the unit fully vandal-proof and weather-sealed.
