How It Works

Wastewater from sinks, dishwashers, and food prep areas flows into the tank, where the flow is deliberately slowed. The precast weir system holds back the separated FOG layer, so only treated water passes through to the outlet and on to the sewer system, in line with typical UK trade effluent requirements.
