4m Flat Pack Galvanised Kiosk – Portable Serving Hatch Unit

The 4M Flat Pack Kiosk — Portable, Crane-Free, Built to Work

When you need a serving point, ticket booth, or site office that goes up fast and comes down just as easily, the 4M Flat Pack Kiosk is built for exactly that job. Unlike a standard shipping container conversion, this unit ships flat-packed and assembles on-site without a crane — each panel is light enough for four people to carry and position by hand, which means it can go into locations a full container simply can’t reach: behind low bridges, across soft ground, or into tight festival and school grounds.

Key Features

• Top-hinged serving hatch — fitted to the 4m side wall and can be positioned on either long side to suit your layout
• Fully galvanised steel construction — built to withstand UK weather year-round with minimal maintenance
• Man-portable assembly — no crane or specialist plant hire needed, cutting transport and setup costs
• Trailer-friendly — compact enough to move on a standard car trailer between sites or seasons
• 2000kg floor load capacity — evenly distributed, suitable for equipment, stock, or fit-out
• Available in Cobalt Blue, Bottle Green, or Slate Grey as standard, with custom RAL colours on request
• Interior and exterior customisation available — cladding, shelving, electrics, and signage can be added for longer-term use

Typical Uses

• Festival and event serving/ticket points
• Retail and pop-up trading kiosks
• Security or gatehouse stations
• School and golf club groundcare storage points
• Rail siding and platform work areas
• Parish hall or community centre equipment storage

Specification

Because it breaks down into hand-portable panels, the 4M Flat Pack Kiosk is one of the fastest ways to add secure, weatherproof space to a site without the lead time or cost of a full container delivery. Whether you need it for one weekend or one season, it goes up quickly and stores flat when not in use.
